A small isolation valve on a branch that ends in a coupling (a short block with ridges), often marked "HC".

Meaning

Utility hose connection (utility station: air, nitrogen, water or steam) or a flushing / steam-out connection. A utility station (several hose drops on one post) becomes utility-station; a lone hose connection is listed, not modelled.
