Meaning
Instrument or function on a secondary or local panel accessible to the operator: a local control panel, package panel or LER panel. Not on the plot; the package or panel may be modelled as a building or skid.
Variants
- ISA 5.1-2009: double solid bar = secondary/local panel, normally accessible; double dashed bar = local, not normally accessible
- Older drawings (1984): double bar = auxiliary location
