Spade (line blank)
ISO 10628-2 (groups 24-25, fittings and piping) / PIP PIC001 / ASME B16.48
Drawn as
A single solid blank between two flange bars with a short handle tab sticking out, and no ring.
Meaning
Removable paddle blank: positive isolation for large sizes, where a spectacle blind would be too heavy. No dedicated component; spectacle-blind is the closest.
Variants
- Often drawn the same as a closed spectacle blind and labelled "SPADE"
No 3D component yet.
