A disconnector blade whose lower side goes straight to an earth symbol, branching off a main circuit.

Meaning

Earths a circuit or busbar for safe maintenance, interlocked with the breaker. Inside a switchboard it is part of switchgear. In an outdoor substation it is the earthing blade of a disconnector (disconnector).
