Production / test manifold

Skid-mounted production and test manifold. Each well slot has a flanged inlet with a dual-plate check valve that rises, crosses over both headers and drops into each through a gear-operated full-bore ball valve, so the well can be diverted to production or test; the slot lined up to test shows the valve indicators swapped. Headers are weld-capped at one end and flanged at the other, on saddle supports, with riser and header gauges and transmitters, guides and a run support portal. (A multiport selector valve is the compact alternative to this valve-per-header layout.)

P&ID

Two (or three) parallel headers, production and test, with each well flowline arriving through a check valve and branching to every header through its own valve, so one well can be routed to test while the rest go to production.

The repeating slot pattern (one inlet, one valve per header) is the signature. A single header with branches is just a header pipe. Test header size is usually smaller; HP / LP headers may both be present.
