Tank bund wall

Reinforced-concrete secondary containment: walls on a footing toe with coping, internal coating band and sealed expansion joints, a lined floor slab with perimeter fillets falling to a gully and a gratinged sump, a drain line through the wall to a normally-closed bund drain valve, step-over stairs (outside flight, landing over the wall, inside flight) to ISO 14122, and a capacity sign. complete builds the full rectangle (length × width); otherwise a single straight wall segment along X.

Installation

$npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz add bund-wall

Copies onshore/bund-wall.tsx and the shared lib/ into src/components/deck-twin/. Needs three, @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei. See installation for the manual route.

Usage

import { Canvas } from '@react-three/fiber'
import { OrbitControls } from '@react-three/drei'
import { Stage } from './components/deck-twin/lib/stage'
import { BundWall } from './components/deck-twin/onshore/bund-wall'

export default function Scene() {
  return (
    <Canvas shadows camera={{ position: [8, 5, 9], fov: 35 }}>
      <Stage>
        <BundWall />
      </Stage>
      <OrbitControls makeDefault />
    </Canvas>
  )
}

P&ID

P&ID symbol for bund-wall

Plot plan: a double-line rectangle (the wall thickness) enclosing the tank outline, with the bund drain sump in a corner and a normally closed drain valve outside the wall; the bund capacity and wall height are noted.

tag BWLayout plan convention (plot plan containment)

A double-line enclosure around tanks = bund. On P&IDs only the bund drain line and its locked-closed valve appear.

For agents

Machine-readable entry with props, ranges, defaults and ports:

$npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz info bund-wall

Or fetch /r/bund-wall.json, or copy a ready-made instruction:

Add the Deck Twin "Tank bund wall" component to this project. Run `npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz add bund-wall` (it copies the file and the shared lib into src/components/deck-twin/), then `npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz info bund-wall` for its props, ranges and ports. Render <BundWall /> inside a React Three Fiber <Canvas shadows>, wrapped in <Stage> from src/components/deck-twin/lib/stage. Set props from my data (metres, NPS in inches, ASME class) and leave the rest at defaults. Install three, @react-three/fiber, @react-three/drei and @types/three if they're missing.
