Supervisor desk / meeting table

Shift supervisor desk (compact-laminate top, side and modesty panels, drawer pedestal, up to three monitors on stands, keyboard, phone, document tray, chair on the +Z side) or a pedestal meeting table with chairs round it. Monitors show procedural sample pages (ESD status, alarm list, KPIs); pass screens for live content.

Copies interiors/desk.tsx and the shared lib/ into src/components/deck-twin/. Needs three, @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei. See installation for the manual route.
