De-oiling hydrocyclone package
Produced-water de-oiling hydrocyclone skid: horizontal multi-liner vessels on saddles with a bolted reject-end cover showing the liner end caps and a cover lifting eye, inlet header with gate-valved top branches, underflow gate valves into an outlet header with level control valve, reject ball valves into a reject header with a PDR (pressure-differential-ratio) control valve, DP transmitters, OIW monitor with sample line, gauges, drains, vents and a JB with cable tray. vessels sets the count; the reject end is kept clear for liner withdrawal.
Installation
Copies packages/hydrocyclone-package.tsx and the shared lib/ into src/components/deck-twin/. Needs three, @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei. See installation for the manual route.
Usage
import { Canvas } from '@react-three/fiber'
import { OrbitControls } from '@react-three/drei'
import { Stage } from './components/deck-twin/lib/stage'
import { HydrocyclonePackage } from './components/deck-twin/packages/hydrocyclone-package'
export default function Scene() {
return (
<Canvas shadows camera={{ position: [8, 5, 9], fov: 35 }}>
<Stage>
<HydrocyclonePackage />
</Stage>
<OrbitControls makeDefault />
</Canvas>
)
}

P&ID
Horizontal vessel(s) with cyclone liners drawn as long cones (or a single inverted cone, the generic cyclone symbol), produced water in at the inlet header, clean water out, and the oily reject to the reject header controlled by a PDV / PDIC ratio loop.
Cones inside a vessel = hydrocyclones (or a desander if on the well stream with a sand accumulator). Reject-ratio control is the PDIC loop between inlet, outlet and reject.

For agents
Machine-readable entry with props, ranges, defaults and ports:
Or fetch /r/hydrocyclone-package.json, or copy a ready-made instruction:
Add the Deck Twin "De-oiling hydrocyclone package" component to this project. Run `npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz add hydrocyclone-package` (it copies the file and the shared lib into src/components/deck-twin/), then `npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz info hydrocyclone-package` for its props, ranges and ports. Render <HydrocyclonePackage /> inside a React Three Fiber <Canvas shadows>, wrapped in <Stage> from src/components/deck-twin/lib/stage. Set props from my data (metres, NPS in inches, ASME class) and leave the rest at defaults. Install three, @react-three/fiber, @react-three/drei and @types/three if they're missing.
