Membrane nitrogen generator

Hollow-fibre membrane nitrogen package: inlet block valve, coalescing, fine-coalescing and activated-carbon filters with auto drains to a drip tray, flanged electric air heater with TT, a framed rack of membrane modules with feed, product and permeate headers, a permeate / off-spec vent riser, O2 analyser cabinet with sample rotameter, product pressure-control valve and 3-way off-spec valve, and a buffer receiver with PSV, gauge, transmitter and drain. modules sets the rack size.

Installation

Copies packages/nitrogen-generator.tsx and the shared lib/ into src/components/deck-twin/. Needs three, @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei. See installation for the manual route.

Membrane modules with a vent line identify the generator; a nitrogen bottle rack is a gas-cylinder-quad. Often shown on the utilities P&ID as a single package box. ISA codes here: AT = O2.
