Analyser shelter (GRP)

Walk-in GRP analyser house on a steel skid with checker-plate floor, outward-opening doors at both ends (when wide enough), manual call points by the doors, an external shutdown panel, a pressurising ventilation intake stack with rain hood and fan, and a smoke detector inside. Stainless sample conditioning panels (filters, regulators with gauges, rotameters, ball valves, bulkhead tubing) under a front roof canopy, a chained gas-cylinder rack with regulators and pigtails, an Ex wall-mounted AC unit, ventilation louvres, MCT cable entry, gas detector, beacons, door light and signage. The door opens with doorOpen to show the analyser cabinets inside.

Installation

$npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz add analyser-shelter

Copies electrical/analyser-shelter.tsx and the shared lib/ into src/components/deck-twin/. Needs three, @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei. See installation for the manual route.

Usage

import { Canvas } from '@react-three/fiber'
import { OrbitControls } from '@react-three/drei'
import { Stage } from './components/deck-twin/lib/stage'
import { AnalyserShelter } from './components/deck-twin/electrical/analyser-shelter'

export default function Scene() {
  return (
    <Canvas shadows camera={{ position: [8, 5, 9], fov: 35 }}>
      <Stage>
        <AnalyserShelter />
      </Stage>
      <OrbitControls makeDefault />
    </Canvas>
  )
}

P&ID

P&ID symbol for analyser-shelter

Building rectangle with doors at each end on the layout. On the P&ID the analysers inside (AT / AE bubbles) are often drawn within a dashed boundary marked "analyser house" with sample and return lines to the process.

tag BISA ATISA AEISA AITLayout plan convention (plot plan / equipment layout) + ISA 5.1 analyser bubbles

Look for sample lines (small-bore, often with a sample cooler) running to a boundary that contains several AT bubbles. A building with no analysers is an E-house or LER.

For agents

Machine-readable entry with props, ranges, defaults and ports:

$npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz info analyser-shelter

Or fetch /r/analyser-shelter.json, or copy a ready-made instruction:

Add the Deck Twin "Analyser shelter (GRP)" component to this project. Run `npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz add analyser-shelter` (it copies the file and the shared lib into src/components/deck-twin/), then `npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz info analyser-shelter` for its props, ranges and ports. Render <AnalyserShelter /> inside a React Three Fiber <Canvas shadows>, wrapped in <Stage> from src/components/deck-twin/lib/stage. Set props from my data (metres, NPS in inches, ASME class) and leave the rest at defaults. Install three, @react-three/fiber, @react-three/drei and @types/three if they're missing.
