Cartridge filter / coalescer housing

Vertical cartridge filter or coalescer housing on pipe legs. Davit-hinged top closure: hinged swing-bolt cover, quick-opening locking-band door with pressure-warning lock, or a bolted body flange, all with a davit lifting screw. Inlet below the tube sheet and outlet above it, PDI with isolation valves across the elements, vent and drain, nameplate and earth boss. Also covers basket strainers and filter housings.

Installation

$npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz add cartridge-filter

Copies vessels/cartridge-filter.tsx and the shared lib/ into src/components/deck-twin/. Needs three, @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei. See installation for the manual route.

Usage

import { Canvas } from '@react-three/fiber'
import { OrbitControls } from '@react-three/drei'
import { Stage } from './components/deck-twin/lib/stage'
import { CartridgeFilter } from './components/deck-twin/vessels/cartridge-filter'

export default function Scene() {
  return (
    <Canvas shadows camera={{ position: [8, 5, 9], fov: 35 }}>
      <Stage>
        <CartridgeFilter />
      </Stage>
      <OrbitControls makeDefault />
    </Canvas>
  )
}

P&ID

P&ID symbol for cartridge-filter

Vertical housing on legs with a tube sheet line and the cartridges as dashed lines (or a single dashed line across for the filter medium), a quick-opening or bolted closure at the top, and a PDI / PDT across inlet and outlet.

tag Ftag VISA PDIISA PDTISO 10628-2 / PIP PIC001 (filter: vessel with a dashed filter medium line)

ISO and PIP draw any filter as a vessel crossed by a dashed line; coalescers add "COALESCER". A horizontal vessel with a sump barrel is a filter-separator; a Y in the line is a y-strainer.

For agents

Machine-readable entry with props, ranges, defaults and ports:

$npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz info cartridge-filter

Or fetch /r/cartridge-filter.json, or copy a ready-made instruction:

Add the Deck Twin "Cartridge filter / coalescer housing" component to this project. Run `npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz add cartridge-filter` (it copies the file and the shared lib into src/components/deck-twin/), then `npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz info cartridge-filter` for its props, ranges and ports. Render <CartridgeFilter /> inside a React Three Fiber <Canvas shadows>, wrapped in <Stage> from src/components/deck-twin/lib/stage. Set props from my data (metres, NPS in inches, ASME class) and leave the rest at defaults. Install three, @react-three/fiber, @react-three/drei and @types/three if they're missing.
