Gas filter-separator

Horizontal two-stage gas filter-separator: coalescing filter section and vane section in the upper barrel, one liquid sump barrel per stage with its own downcomer, level gauge and drain, and a davit-hinged quick-opening closure with locking band, handwheel and pressure-warning lock for element change-out. Saddles, sump level gauges, PDI across the elements, nameplate and lifting lugs.

Installation

$npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz add filter-separator

Copies vessels/filter-separator.tsx and the shared lib/ into src/components/deck-twin/. Needs three, @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei. See installation for the manual route.

Usage

import { Canvas } from '@react-three/fiber'
import { OrbitControls } from '@react-three/drei'
import { Stage } from './components/deck-twin/lib/stage'
import { FilterSeparator } from './components/deck-twin/vessels/filter-separator'

export default function Scene() {
  return (
    <Canvas shadows camera={{ position: [8, 5, 9], fov: 35 }}>
      <Stage>
        <FilterSeparator />
      </Stage>
      <OrbitControls makeDefault />
    </Canvas>
  )
}

P&ID

P&ID symbol for filter-separator

Horizontal vessel with filter elements (dashed vertical lines) in the first section, a vane or mesh pack in the second, a smaller liquid sump barrel below joined by downcomers, and a quick-opening closure (thick bar) at the filter end.

tag Vtag Ftag SISO 10628-2 / PIP PIC001

The second barrel underneath and the filter elements tell it from a horizontal separator. A vertical housing with cartridges is a cartridge-filter.

For agents

Machine-readable entry with props, ranges, defaults and ports:

$npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz info filter-separator

Or fetch /r/filter-separator.json, or copy a ready-made instruction:

Add the Deck Twin "Gas filter-separator" component to this project. Run `npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz add filter-separator` (it copies the file and the shared lib into src/components/deck-twin/), then `npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz info filter-separator` for its props, ranges and ports. Render <FilterSeparator /> inside a React Three Fiber <Canvas shadows>, wrapped in <Stage> from src/components/deck-twin/lib/stage. Set props from my data (metres, NPS in inches, ASME class) and leave the rest at defaults. Install three, @react-three/fiber, @react-three/drei and @types/three if they're missing.
