Gas cylinder quad (bundle)

Offshore cylinder bundle ("quad") of 50 L seamless cylinders in a 2.2 m lifting frame. The frame has an RHS base with fork pockets, a checker-plate floor, SHS posts and top frame, angle clamp rails with rubber strips and guard bars over the valves. Each cylinder has an EN 1089-3 shoulder colour for the gas, a neck, valve and handwheel, and a pigtail to its row header. The headers feed a collector with a master valve, a gauge and an outlet in a guard. Marked with the gas name, a class 2 diamond, a DNV plate and a tag, with padeyes, shackles and a 4-leg sling. count sets the cylinders (default 16, 4 × 4).

Installation

Copies lifting/gas-cylinder-quad.tsx and the shared lib/ into src/components/deck-twin/. Needs three, @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei. See installation for the manual route.

Props

P&ID

Layout: a square frame filled with small circles (the cylinders). On P&IDs a bottle rack is drawn as one or more small capsules joined to a manifold with a regulator (PCV) on the outlet.

Nitrogen back-up racks and calibration gas bottles use the same drawing; read the gas. A nitrogen generator package is a separate item.
