Drilling mud pump
Horizontal single-acting triplex (or 4–6 cylinder) mud pump on an oilfield skid, sized on a 14" stroke, 2200 hp class unit: 5.5 m over skids, discharge centreline 1.25 m, 10" class 150 suction manifold, 5" 10K discharge through a strainer cross. Forged fluid-end modules with hammer-lug valve and cylinder-head covers, liner retainers, pony rods that stroke when running, liner-wash header and drip pan. Bladder pulsation dampener and reset relief valve on the cross, two top-mounted AC motors driving each end of the pinion shaft by banded V-belts behind mesh guards or by enclosed gear cases (drive).
Installation
Copies drilling/mud-pump.tsx and the shared lib/ into src/components/deck-twin/. Needs three, @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei. See installation for the manual route.
Usage
import { Canvas } from '@react-three/fiber'
import { OrbitControls } from '@react-three/drei'
import { Stage } from './components/deck-twin/lib/stage'
import { MudPump } from './components/deck-twin/drilling/mud-pump'
export default function Scene() {
return (
<Canvas shadows camera={{ position: [8, 5, 9], fov: 35 }}>
<Stage>
<MudPump />
</Stage>
<OrbitControls makeDefault />
</Canvas>
)
}

P&ID
Reciprocating pump symbol (circle with a piston and crank) on the mud system flow sheet, with a pulsation dampener (small dome) on the discharge going to the standpipe manifold and suction from the mud tanks; usually two or three pumps in parallel.
The dampener dome and the mud / standpipe service distinguish it from a process plunger pump (reciprocating-pump). Only on drilling flow sheets.

For agents
Machine-readable entry with props, ranges, defaults and ports:
Or fetch /r/mud-pump.json, or copy a ready-made instruction:
Add the Deck Twin "Drilling mud pump" component to this project. Run `npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz add mud-pump` (it copies the file and the shared lib into src/components/deck-twin/), then `npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz info mud-pump` for its props, ranges and ports. Render <MudPump /> inside a React Three Fiber <Canvas shadows>, wrapped in <Stage> from src/components/deck-twin/lib/stage. Set props from my data (metres, NPS in inches, ASME class) and leave the rest at defaults. Install three, @react-three/fiber, @react-three/drei and @types/three if they're missing.
