Shale shaker (linear motion)
Linear-motion shale shaker sized on a 4-panel unit (3.3 × 2.0 m, 1.17 × 0.66 m pretensioned panels ≈ 3.1 m² of screen, first panel flat then inclined by deckAngle). Spring-mounted basket with wedge clamps, optional stacked scalping decks (decks), two counter-rotating vibrator motors on an inclined beam giving a 45° line of action; the basket vibrates when running. Fixed possum-belly feeder with weir, mud level, bypass gate and flanged feed nozzle, underflow pan draining through the tank-top opening, discharge lip, starter panel. Origin on the mud tank top.
Installation
Copies drilling/shale-shaker.tsx and the shared lib/ into src/components/deck-twin/. Needs three, @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei. See installation for the manual route.
Usage
import { Canvas } from '@react-three/fiber'
import { OrbitControls } from '@react-three/drei'
import { Stage } from './components/deck-twin/lib/stage'
import { ShaleShaker } from './components/deck-twin/drilling/shale-shaker'
export default function Scene() {
return (
<Canvas shadows camera={{ position: [8, 5, 9], fov: 35 }}>
<Stage>
<ShaleShaker />
</Stage>
<OrbitControls makeDefault />
</Canvas>
)
}

P&ID
A box with a sloping dashed screen deck: returns from the flowline enter one end, cuttings leave off the low end of the screen, and the cleaned mud drops through to the tank below; vibrator motors drawn on the basket.
Dashed sloping screen = shaker. Desanders and desilters on the mud system are cyclones (cones); a degasser is a vessel.

For agents
Machine-readable entry with props, ranges, defaults and ports:
Or fetch /r/shale-shaker.json, or copy a ready-made instruction:
Add the Deck Twin "Shale shaker (linear motion)" component to this project. Run `npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz add shale-shaker` (it copies the file and the shared lib into src/components/deck-twin/), then `npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz info shale-shaker` for its props, ranges and ports. Render <ShaleShaker /> inside a React Three Fiber <Canvas shadows>, wrapped in <Stage> from src/components/deck-twin/lib/stage. Set props from my data (metres, NPS in inches, ASME class) and leave the rest at defaults. Install three, @react-three/fiber, @react-three/drei and @types/three if they're missing.
