Pipe-handling catwalk & V-door ramp
Pipe-handling catwalk machine: fabricated body on base runners, checker-plate deck, lined V-trough with a chain-driven skate, three pipe-rack bays each side with stands, end stops and indexer fingers, and hydraulic kicker arms that lift with kick. Range-2 drill-pipe joints with tool-joint upsets, hardbanding and thread protectors lie on the racks (joints per side) and one waits in the trough. A 36° V-door ramp (slide) with wear plate and side guides climbs to a drill-floor landing at floorHeight; control console with hydraulic hoses at the far end. No process ports.
Installation
Copies drilling/pipe-handling-catwalk.tsx and the shared lib/ into src/components/deck-twin/. Needs three, @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei. See installation for the manual route.
Usage
import { Canvas } from '@react-three/fiber'
import { OrbitControls } from '@react-three/drei'
import { Stage } from './components/deck-twin/lib/stage'
import { PipeHandlingCatwalk } from './components/deck-twin/drilling/pipe-handling-catwalk'
export default function Scene() {
return (
<Canvas shadows camera={{ position: [8, 5, 9], fov: 35 }}>
<Stage>
<PipeHandlingCatwalk />
</Stage>
<OrbitControls makeDefault />
</Canvas>
)
}

P&ID
Drill-floor and pipe-deck layouts: a long rectangle with the trough centreline aimed at the V-door, pipe racks drawn as parallel lines along both sides, and an arrow towards the drill floor.
Only on drilling layouts, never on P&IDs.

Or fetch /r/pipe-handling-catwalk.json, or copy a ready-made instruction:
Add the Deck Twin "Pipe-handling catwalk & V-door ramp" component to this project. Run `npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz add pipe-handling-catwalk` (it copies the file and the shared lib into src/components/deck-twin/), then `npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz info pipe-handling-catwalk` for its props, ranges and ports. Render <PipeHandlingCatwalk /> inside a React Three Fiber <Canvas shadows>, wrapped in <Stage> from src/components/deck-twin/lib/stage. Set props from my data (metres, NPS in inches, ASME class) and leave the rest at defaults. Install three, @react-three/fiber, @react-three/drei and @types/three if they're missing.
