Diesel firewater pump (NFPA 20)
Diesel-driven fire pump set in firewater red: engine with crankcase doors, turbocharger, residential exhaust silencer, bunded day tank with flame arrester and sight glass, A/B starter batteries and a fire pump controller. Engine jacket water is cooled by a heat exchanger fed from the pump discharge through a duplicated NFPA 20 cooling loop (valves, strainers, regulator, solenoid) to an open waste cone, or by a radiator. pumpType selects a vertical turbine caisson pump driven through a fan-cooled right-angle gear and guarded cardan shaft, or a horizontal split-case (BB1 double suction) pump with packed boxes, grease-lubricated bearings, air release valve and gauges on a common skid.
Installation
Copies rotating/diesel-firewater-pump.tsx and the shared lib/ into src/components/deck-twin/. Needs three, @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei. See installation for the manual route.
Usage
import { Canvas } from '@react-three/fiber'
import { OrbitControls } from '@react-three/drei'
import { Stage } from './components/deck-twin/lib/stage'
import { DieselFirewaterPump } from './components/deck-twin/rotating/diesel-firewater-pump'
export default function Scene() {
return (
<Canvas shadows camera={{ position: [8, 5, 9], fov: 35 }}>
<Stage>
<DieselFirewaterPump />
</Stage>
<OrbitControls makeDefault />
</Canvas>
)
}

P&ID
Pump symbol (or vertical caisson pump) coupled to a rectangle marked D, DE or "diesel" for the engine driver, on a firewater (FW) line feeding the ring main, often inside a dashed pump-house boundary.
Same pump circle as any centrifugal pump: the diesel driver box, the FW line service and the firewater pump title decide it. An electric firewater (jockey) pump has M instead of DE.

Pentair Fairbanks Nijhuis · Framo · Armstrong Fluid Technology · Randolph (right-angle gear drives). The geometry is generic and sized from public standards. It is not vendor CAD.

Or fetch /r/diesel-firewater-pump.json, or copy a ready-made instruction:
Add the Deck Twin "Diesel firewater pump (NFPA 20)" component to this project. Run `npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz add diesel-firewater-pump` (it copies the file and the shared lib into src/components/deck-twin/), then `npx -y https://decktwin.com/cli/deck-twin-0.2.2.tgz info diesel-firewater-pump` for its props, ranges and ports. Render <DieselFirewaterPump /> inside a React Three Fiber <Canvas shadows>, wrapped in <Stage> from src/components/deck-twin/lib/stage. Set props from my data (metres, NPS in inches, ASME class) and leave the rest at defaults. Install three, @react-three/fiber, @react-three/drei and @types/three if they're missing.
