Plate heat exchanger

Gasketed plate-and-frame exchanger: fixed frame plate on feet carrying all four flanged connections, a pack of pressed stainless plates with gaskets, movable pressure plate rolling on the top carrying bar, bottom guide bar, end support column, side tightening bolts with bearing boxes at the heads, long nuts and protective thread sleeves. The plate count sets the pack and frame length; the connection size sets the plate size.

Installation

Copies thermal/plate-heat-exchanger.tsx and the shared lib/ into src/components/deck-twin/. Needs three, @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei. See installation for the manual route.

Props

Rectangle (the plate pack) crossed by several parallel lines (the plates), between a fixed frame plate and a pressure plate, with all four connections on the fixed frame end; some legends draw a box with a diagonal zig-zag.
